Loved, loved, loved this Holocaust memoir. If it was up to me, it would be required reading.
I found Get Well Soon by Julia Halpern over @ GREENBEANTEENQUEEN's blog. Here's a sneak peak from her review:
I was sighing and smiling. A great read-for fans of quirky books, humor and romance. (I've seen it recommended for fans of Carolyn Mackler as well).
Earlier this year I decided to enter the Chic lit challenge. My plan was to read the enitre Shopaholic series but I disliked the first one so I had to find something else to read. Then I came across Bloduedd's great review for a book called Mucho Caliente. Doesn't this make you want to read the book?:
This book is a keeper, it will make you giggle, and make you feel all warm and tingly inside, I highly recommend it.
I don't know if you need anymore books for the chick-lit challenge, but I just read The Next Thing on My List by Jill Smolinski and it was fantastic!
